By accessing or using Edgexa (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Edgexa is a sports betting analytics platform that provides odds comparison, bet tracking, bankroll management, and related tools. Edgexa does not facilitate, process, or accept wagers. We are an informational and analytical tool only.

Edgexa is an exclusive white-label distribution of the BreadSync platform, operated for and in partnership with LGM (Learn Grow Multiply). The Service is powered by BreadSync’s underlying technology and odds data, provided to you under the Edgexa brand. References to “Edgexa,” “we,” or “us” include the operators of this white-label distribution and LGM as applicable.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age for sports betting in your jurisdiction) to use Edgexa. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use of sports betting services complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission; (e) resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Edgexa integrates with third-party sportsbooks and data providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of third-party data.

7. No Gambling Advice

Edgexa provides informational tools and data. Nothing on the Service constitutes gambling advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and any resulting gains or losses.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that odds data will be accurate, complete, or timely. Use at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edgexa and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Payments and Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions for Edgexa are purchased and managed through LGM (Learn Grow Multiply)via LGM’s own payment portal. All billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled by LGM and are subject to LGM’s billing terms and policies.

By purchasing a subscription through LGM, you agree to LGM’s payment terms. Edgexa grants access to Pro features upon confirmation of an active subscription. Questions regarding charges, renewals, or refunds should be directed to LGM.

Edgexa reserves the right to refuse service or suspend access at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud, terms of service violations, or suspected account manipulation.
